Who we are

Meet the Napolitanos

Vinny Napolitano

After graduating from Syracuse University with a triple major in Political Science, American History, and Political Philosophy, Vinny built a track record of helping Republicans win tough races. In 2009, he served as a Regional Field Director for the Republican National Committee and helped elect Chris Christie as Governor by managing ground game operations that delivered victories in four key counties, including flipping Middlesex County from blue-to-red for the first time since 1988.

He served 8 years in the Governor's Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs, working with elected officials, civic organizations, and government agencies until leaving his post as Director of Operations in 2017. In the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy, Vinny was embedded in the FEMA Joint Field Office to coordinate response and recovery operations between federal representatives and local/state government.

In addition to working on congressional, county, and gubernatorial campaigns, Vinny has served as a campaign manager, communications specialist, and general strategist for local and school board campaigns, as well as a local Republican Club President, County Committeemember, and Municipal Chairman and Vice President of his town's Economic Development Advisory Committee.

Vinny has received numerous accolades for his work in politics and government, including the American Legion's Overall Employment and Education Award, Politicker's 30 Under 30, the Burlington County Times Forty Under 40, and SaveJersey.com's Political Operative of the Year, in addition to being named with his wife and business partner, Victoria, as a Political Power Couple by InsiderNJ.

In his free time, Vinny is a proud member of the Board of Directors for the Carolina Forest Civic Association, Friends of the Carolina Forest Library, the Horry County Historical Society, Grand Strand Young Professionals, and the Grand Strand Humane Society and serves as a Team Captain for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

Victoria Napolitano

Victoria is a graduate of Drexel University, where she earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in just over four years. She cut her teeth in local politics by throwing her hat in the ring for a Town Council election at the age of 23, winning the race as top vote-getter by running an aggressive grassroots campaign. At age 26, Victoria made state history as the youngest woman to ever take the oath of office as Mayor. She served a total of 8 years on Town Council as Councilwoman, Deputy Mayor, and Mayor, earning reelection by fighting for lower taxes, transparent government, and a better quality of life for residents.

Beyond her own political campaigns, Victoria has utilized her background as an instructional designer and elected official to serve as a graphic designer, public relations manager, and get-out-the-vote specialist for multiple local and Board of Education campaigns. She has served as a County Committeemember, State Committeewoman, and Executive Board Member of her county's Republican Women's club and Young Republicans.

She was named a National Elected Woman of Excellence by the National Foundation for Women Legislators, and has been a guest speaker for the Center for American Women in Politics at Rutgers University, the Alice Paul Institute, and the Running and Winning Program for the League of Women Voters.

Victoria has received numerous honors and awards for her work in government and politics, including the Drexel University Distinguished Alumni Service Award, South Jersey Biz 20 Under 40, the Burlington County Times Forty Under 40, Drexel University 40 Under 40, SaveJersey.com's 30 Women to Watch, Observer NJ's 30 Under 30, and a Star Citizen in Suburban Family Magazine.
